Return & Refund
We get it; sometimes things don’t turn out how you expected. Maybe the fit’s off. Maybe it’s just not your style. Either way, no stress; we’re here to help sort it out.
Need to Return Something?
If you’ve changed your mind, or the glasses just aren’t what you were hoping for, you can send them back. We ask that you do it within 30 days of getting your order. Make sure they’re still in like-new condition, meaning no scratches, no wear, and still in the case if possible.
Here’s what to do:
- Shoot us a quick email at support@bluvision.store
- Include your order number and a short note about why you’re returning
- If something arrived damaged, a couple of photos would really help
We’ll get back to you with return instructions, usually within a day.
Refund Process
Once we’ve got your return and checked it over, we’ll approve the refund and send the money back to your original payment method. This part typically takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
You’ll get an email from us when everything’s done. If it’s been a while and nothing shows up, just let us know; sometimes banks take their time.
Return Shipping
Here’s the breakdown:
- If it was our mistake (wrong item, defect, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping.
- If it’s a preference thing (wrong size, not your style), you’ll need to pay for return postage.
We’ll let you know which applies once you reach out.
Common Issues & What We Do
Damaged on Arrival?
That’s never fun. Let us know within a few days and include a photo or two; we’ll replace the item or refund you, no hassle.
Wrong Glasses or Order?
Oops. We’ll take care of that quickly. Just let us know what went wrong, and we’ll get the correct item sent your way.
Didn’t Get Your Package?
If it’s late, let’s look into it. Sometimes it’s a carrier delay; other times it’s gone missing. We’ll figure it out and either resend it or give you a full refund.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? If the order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we’ll cancel it for you. Just email us as soon as you can. After it ships, we’ll need to go through the return process instead.
